  • After growing up in Byblos, Lebanon, Roland moved to Canada in the winter of 1984 and graduated from Dalhousie University in 1989 with a Bachelor of engineering, Majoring in Structural Design. Since finishing his studies, Roland’s career has involved the management of numerous projects including renovation, consulting and structural design of residential and commercial buildings for industry leaders such as WM Fares and ENG CON. In 2002 Roland formed RoMa Developments, growing it into one of the premier project management firms in Halifax. Since 2002, RoMa has overseen the construction of over 2000 units totalling $500 million worth of projects. Today RoMa continues to flourish in Halifax and the surrounding areas overseeing the project management of numerous ongoing developments. Over the years RoMa has earned many accolades and achievements, and just recently won top Canadian Wood Structure of the Year (2018) for their completed project (The Velo) on Gottingen Street in Halifax. Never satisfied, Roland is energized and poised for many years of continued growth.


  • Hayden grew up in the Annapolis valley, and is a proud Nova Scotian. He has been a dedicated member of the RoMa team since 2016, and has helped the company grow into one of the most successful project management firms in Halifax. Hayden grew up in a construction management household, watching his father own and operate a metal roofing company. Hayden completed his Civil Engineering degree at Dalhousie university, and joined Dexter Construction as a project coordinator after graduation. At Dexter he helped coordinate road and bridge projects throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Hayden then joined RoMa and has since added many buildings to his portfolio, and is currently work in the ever-growing area of West Bedford. When Hayden gets some time for himself, you can usually find him standing in a river fly fishing, or spending time with his family in the valley.

  • Jack is a bluenoser through and through. He was born and raised in Halifax, NS and completed his Civil Engineering degree split between Acadia and Dalhousie University. He started his professional career working for Dexter Construction, coordinating large infrastructure projects such as Natural Gas Pipelines and Jettys. Jack joined the RoMa team in 2017 and has completed various projects around the city. Currently working in the North-End Halifax area, he is enjoying being a part of the ever-growing city he has always called home.


  • Originally from Lebanon, Peter has been a member of the RoMa team since 2016. He began working part time under the mentorship of Roland Hage, while finishing his master’s degree in Applied Economics at Saint-Mary’s University. Growing up in a family of construction managers, while studying economics, has allowed him to fully grasp the cost and functionality of a project. As Peter’s interest in the construction industry grew, so too did his desire to provide beautiful, budget friendly buildings in Halifax. His ability to manage the dynamics of a project, coupled with strong client and trade relationships, make him a great asset to the RoMa team. In addition to construction management, Peter also oversees RoMa’s Property Management division. In his free time, you can often find Peter playing sports with friends, or exploring one of Nova Scotia’s many hiking trails.

  • Born in B.C. and raised in Ontario, Brady moved to Nova Scotia in 2015 to pursue an education in psychology and human resources at Saint Mary’s University. After falling in love with the people and the city of Halifax, Brady chose to become a permanent resident of Nova Scotia in 2019 and joined the RoMa team in 2021. Brady is no stranger to construction, working with many different trades throughout his teenage and young adult years in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Brady coordinates logistics of the various projects throughout HRM and ensures that safety is the highest priority. Brady understands the importance of teamwork towards goal achievement through his time playing competitive team sports in high school and university. Brady currently plays competitive rugby for a local Halifax team and provincial team.

  • Jean is a skilled construction professional with a background in both design and project management, gained through experience in Lebanon and Canada. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Notre Dame University in 2017, he transitioned into construction, taking on roles in drafting, coordination, and site supervision. He completed a Diploma in Construction Management Technology at NSCC in 2024 and joined RoMa Developments in 2025. Jean brings a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to every project, combining creative insight with practical execution to ensure successful delivery.

  • Patrick grew up in different places and was always on the move until he started his studies in Architecture in Lebanon in 2008, at the Lebanese American University. He started his career right after graduation, joining the working force in fit-out construction for a couple years, before returning to pursue his M. Arch in the restoration and conservation of historical monuments and sites. On the verge of ten years of experience now, he has a wide experience in Architectural Design, Development, & Contracting, as well as, cultural heritage management. Patrick moved to Canada and joined RoMa Developments in September 2022.
